Ironman makes it's way around Panama City Beach in a  2.4 mile swim / 112 mile bike / 26.2 mile run!  Traffic impact map & course info can be found here. 

6:50 a.m. Pro Start
7 a.m. Age Group Start
7 a.m. 10:30 p.m. Official Ironman Store 
7 a.m. 3 p.m. Race Information Booth/Lost & Found
12 a.m. Race Officially Ends

SWIM: The beach is open for spectators to watch the swim and cheer on athletes 
BIKE: The bike course is one-loop, which makes it difficult for spectators to view the course due to traffic regulations. The best place to watch your athlete start and finish the bike course is the transition area. 
RUN: The run course travels throughout Panama City Beach, enabling spectators to line the streets and support their athlete. For the best and most inspiring moments of the day, head over to the finish line.
